Qualifying

104th Indianapolis 500 qualifying is set for August 15-16 on Bump Day, a week before the race day. Indy 500 qualifying is also known as Crown Royal Armed Forces Qualifying Weekend. On the day of qualifying public gates will open at 7:00 AM ET. The Indianapolis 500 Group 1 practice will be held at 8:00 – 8:30 AM ET then from 8:30 – 9:00 Group 2 practice of the Indianapolis 500 will happen. Finally, Indianapolis 500 Qualifications will start at 11:00 AM ET and will be continued till 5:50 PM ET for Fast 9.
